STAFF:
The driving force behind Vision IPD is Creative Director
(Ms) Jj, supported by a wide variety of on-call technical and artistic
personnel.
Jj,
who took the single name legally in the mid-'70s, meets with every
client to determine how Vision IPD can best help build business.
Vision's crew of programmers, techs and designers prefer to remain
behind the scenes and focus on working their electronic magic under
the capable direction of their leader.
Jj's
career spans the continent. She received her degree in Graphic Design
from Spokane Falls Community College and worked briefly in the Pacific
Northwest, as a designer and instructor in Adobe and Macromedia classes
in the Portland, OR area.
She
then moved on to Austin, TX where she provided contract illustration,
web and multimedia design to the ITSO at IBM's Austin facility before
taking a position as Design Manager for MediSpecialty.com. She
directed the redesign of their popular women's health site, obgyn.net
and designed numerous sites for medical companies and associations.
She also directed the design of their printed promotional material,
national and international ads and and animated sequences in promotional
videos.
She chose
to focus on print design when she relocated to NC, first as a newspaper
prepress manager and then briefly as Art Director
for a trade publication. The increasing success of her own design
business, which she started as double J design in 1996, prompted
her to expand her vision, and the business name was changed to Vision
IPD in 2002 and incorporated in 2003.
Vision IPD
is proud to be able to report continued growth during our move north! With the ability to build business in the recent down
economy, it's easy to see why Vision's clients want to put that
focus behind their businesses!
